Options of Engagement

Option 1: Let's Talk

• Monthly meetings—or twice per month meetings—focused on evaluation of revenue generation processes.
• Square One directs internal resources to implement marketing/sales strategy.
  

Option 2: Just Get It Done

• Same as "Let's Talk", but here Square One is directly engaged in both the writing of the strategy, and being responsible for getting the work done.
• Responsibilities of Square One can be compared to that of a Director of Marketing, with a special focus on establishing measurements that will enable clients to easily determine R.O.I. without having to engage an accounting firm full time to do so.
  

Option 3: Business By The Numbers

• This option determines what you are doing successfully and what needs to improve.  This is not a surface sweep of the obvious; the process is involved and requires complete openness from all owners and executives.  With this option, Square One—in addition to working as Marketing Director—will enable the client to hone in on the key aspects of their Operations.  Understanding the numbers (why you operate the way you do) enables you to bring focus and discipline on ESSENTIAL activity. The Soapbox

• Square One is available speak to your company, your networking group or your church.
• The purpose of these talks is to combine humor with reality so that the audience understands that separating "life" from "work" is the most inefficient approach one can take.
